IMPHAL, Nov 23: Even though it has been almost 20 days since the newly constructed Ima markets of Khwairamband Keithel were inaugurated by UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, women vendors are unable to take their seats in the new market complexes due to the State Government’s failure to settle the vexed issue of vendor seat allocation.
