  1. Cabinet should cancel tripartite talks immediately, as it is within the india’s policy of divide and rule among the people of manipur. If UCM or Amuco demand like UNC’s (Nagaland) demand, What should India Govt or Manipur Govt do to solve the problem? India or Manipur govt’s Answer will be to arrest the leaders of UCM or Amuco. Istead of going to Senapati district, It’s better to arrest all wanted Unc leaders. Or, govt should arrange the place where the meeting will held, eg – Imphal the capital of Manipur.
